The Wilburton Mansion

This Great Gatsby style mansion is the crown jewel of the estate. 12 guest rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, TV, oriental carpets and fine antiques.
Entertain in the grandest of style in The Billiard Room, Rose Dining Room, Solarium Dining Room, Library and Living Room Salon. Events for up to 75 guests in Nov - April. May - October, The Wilburton hosts only fully catered events for up to 225 guests in the marble pavilion tent. The vast lawn offers breathtaking views of the Green Mountains.

MAXWELL SUITES

The Maxwell Suites features 4 large, ground floor guest rooms, each with a private entrance and outdoor patio space.
2 king suites (#17 and #19) have day beds in separate foyer suites.
2 queen rooms (#18 and #20) have 2 queen beds & covered outdoor dining areas.
All suites include a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge.
Rooms can be rented individually or added to any other vacation rental home.
Equinox Views Villa

Thanks to the new eat-in kitchen, living room, and spectacular marble patio off the Presidential Suite in room #28, it can be rented as a private home for 12 guests.

Strawberry Hill Villa

There are 2 bedrooms on each floor, 3 kings, 6 queens and 1 sleeper sofa bed.
The Innkeepers Cottage

This charming, ground floor cottage was recently renovated with a new galley kitchen, huge deck with a BBQ, and breathtaking Green Mountain views.
Ideal for two couples or a family of 6. There is a ramp on the side entrance and a brand new walk-in shower, so the cottage is safe for elderly guests.
There are two large king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious living room/dining room with a wood burning fireplace and gorgeous views. The sunny den/office has a queen sofa bed and is a convertible 3rd bedroom.

The Reunion House

Located in the heart of Manchester Village, this upstairs Carriage House is a wonderful location for seasonal rentals. Hike to Equinox Pond, stroll to Equinox Hotel, walk to Burr and Burton Academy. An excellent base for the VT Horse Show and skiing at Stratton and Bromley. Quiet neighborhood. Huge living room with fireplace and huge smart TV. Brand new kitchen! Abraham Lincoln’s son, Robert Todd Lincoln, lived in the Gables Mansion next door while building Hildene. His stablemen used this carriage house and the wood from the stalls is now a fabulous bar in the apartment.
