Due to the popularity of this unique mansion, there is a 3-night minimum from Memorial Day to June 20, and in September & October. There’s a 5-night minimum June 21 - August.

There is an additional facility fee for all special events
Up to 34 guests: $1000 (Includes flatware, stemware, tables and white padded folding chairs.)
Up to 50 guests: $2000 (Includes the above.)
Up to 75 guests maximum: $3000 (Requires renting all the above and a tent.)
Additional Fees
$550 linens & $950 end-of-stay cleaning fee added for all reservations.
Additional housekeeping may be available during your stay for $40/hour/person.
Dogs welcome $125/dog/stay. Please bring a crate and register your dog in advance at 802-362-2500.
